Nashville Detective Pat Postiglione has Deadly Recall
Lead by Nashville Legend Pat Postiglione, Deadly Recall explores his most demanding cases. However, he’s not your average detective. Pat has a photographic memory, and that’s been his tool to help solve hundreds of homicides over the past 25 years.
He’s never relied on crime scene photos. Instead, Pat memorizes every aspect of of the scene itself. Sometimes standing in a scene for 12 hours or more, he commits every single detail to memory…any never forgets a single one.
Additionally, Pat never takes notes when interviewing suspects. H listens carefully, and years later can recall every word. He plays back those memories, often leading to new breaks in a case.
A Blessing and a Curse
Pat will be the first to tell you that he’s not sure if his memory is a blessing or a curse. He’s happy that it’s worked as a tool for him to bring justice to so many families. However, those memories stick with him. From the victim’s faces, to the horrific crime scenes, those images live on in his mind. As Pat says, “It can keep you up at night.”
