There is no submission agreement available from Joke Productions. There is a submission agreement available through the website Producing Unscripted (see below.).

Want a submission agreement through the Producing Unscripted site? Read this page carefully and completely. Then follow the directions to pitch through the Producing Unscripted reality TV submission portal.
Joke and Biagio try to respond to all pitches from the portal. It usually takes six to twelve weeks. But it can take longer when they are in production (which is often). They also can’t guarantee they will respond. This is a courtesy they provide. But they do try to respond to every pitch when possible.

Reality TV Submissions and Unscripted Concepts Only
At this time Joke Productions does not accept scripted television show pitches. Pitches should be for documentary series, unscripted television, true crime, and reality TV.
Unsolicited Submissions…
Like most production companies, we don’t take unsolicited submissions. Do not send your unscripted television concepts or reality TV submissions to us. Either have your representation contact ours, or investigate Producing Unscripted. Do not send us materials without following one of the two steps above.
