Hosted by Mark Consuelos, this NBC reality TV special explores the Science of Love and asks whether it’s possible to make better love connections through science, or if true love can only spring from initial attraction.
The special uses scientists and relationship experts in an attempt to discover the perfect match for one single guy. After rounds of intense scientific personality tests, one eligible bachelor will choose just one lady out of fifty who have compatible profiles. Through physical attributes, video packages and personal questioning, he’ll be forced to narrow down the fifty to a single woman — his personal preference for a date. However, a second woman — chosen by science — will soon be presented. After the bachelor departs on dates with both women — one chosen by him, and the other by science — he’ll decide if “science” or “instinct” was a better predictor of love. Who will he choose?
